Digital Service
DueTick is a software-as-a-service product. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no courier, postal delivery, or shipping fee applies.
Service Delivery
After Razorpay confirms a successful subscription payment, the selected DueTick plan is applied to the registered account electronically. Access is normally available immediately, although payment-provider or network delays can occasionally postpone confirmation.
If paid access is not available within 30 minutes, email support@duetick.app with your registered email address and payment ID.
